The audios are provided in MP3 format so you can listen to them straight away on your computer using any popular player such as Windows Media Player, iTunes, Winamp, etc. You can also burn them to CD or transfer them to your portable player. The choice is yours.

How do I download my audios?
Your audios will be available via links in the download area. To download the files;

Right-click the link and select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" (depending on your browser). Choose where you wish to save your file.

I use a dial-up modem for Internet access. Do I need a faster connection?
No. For your convenience, we've separated the audios into several "chapters" that you can download individually. The files are, on average, about 5 Mb in size. While this may take some time on a dial-up connection, it doesn't require broadband speed.
I downloaded my audios but I can't find them on my computer. Where are they?
When you download the audio files to your computer, make sure you take note of where you choose to save them. If you're unsure, save them to your desktop and move them later.
When I click the download links, the audios start playing. How to I save them to my computer?

I got disconnected before my downloads were complete. What should I do?
You will have received an email containing the link to the download page for your audios. Use this link to return to the download page and get your audios.
This link expires after 120 hours or after 5 downloads, whichever comes first.
I checked my inbox, but can't find the email containing the download link. Where is it?
Your mail filters may have sent the message to your junk mail folder. Please check there. The message subject will be the name of the product followed by the word "Purchase".
If you still cannot find the message, please contact us quoting your Transaction ID and Item/Product Name. You will find these in your "Notification of payment received" email from PayPal.
Why am I getting the message 'This download has expired or is no longer valid'?
A unique set of download links is generated for each purchase. These links expire after 120 hours or after 5 downloads, whichever comes first.
If you feel you have recieved this message in error, please contact us quoting your Transaction ID and Item/Product Name. You will find these in your "Notification of payment received" email from PayPal.

How did the Your Successful Mind audios come about?
Leanne needed to make some changes in her own life and decided that saying and or writing affirmations was great, but she didn’t have the time to do it regularly enough to make changes as quickly as she wanted to make them.
However she did have time to have audios playing in the background as she was doing other things.
This being the case, she made a list of affirmations which supported what she was doing at that time, spoke them into a cassette with music playing in the background and listened to them as she was doing all the stuff she needed to do.
Within days she noticed changes in the way she thought, felt and behaved. Once she had completed her NLP and hypnosis diplomas she realized how much more effective it would be to weave those techniques through the affirmations.

What are the principles underlying the Your successful Mind audios?
